DDSEMail respects intellectual-property rights and responds to valid notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content made available through the service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent with the required details. We remove infringing material when notices are valid and terminate repeat infringers.
Reporting alleged infringement
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act for one) and believe material accessible through DDSEMail infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it.
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-notification
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the agent above containing: your signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your contact information and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court.
Repeat infringers
Consistent with the DMCA, we terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
